Tell Dr Miller to resign ......NOW!

Dr. Frank P. Miller is the Cuyahoga County Coroner. Now is the time to demand that he resign for allowing the authorities to attempt to execute Antun Lewis even when he admitted that he had "problems with the case from the beginning and was never sure this was arson" Miller told me that he was aware of the problems involving Dr. Balraj and that a new "regime was in place" He also suggested bringing in Gerald Hurst...BEFORE I COULD EVEN SUGGEST IT. .......He lied to the families and the news media he not only agreed to bring in Hurst he agrees to pay for the investigation after we mentioned that Balraj was being paid twice taxpayers during her last year in office .........AGAIN HE IS A LYING SACK OF DUNG .....AND SHOULD HAVE HIS MEDICAL LICENSE STRIPPED. He knows this was an accident and allowed Powell Ceasar to manipulate him. Mr Lewis attorney's have to subpoena Ceasar, Dr Miller and his first assistant. MAKE THEM TELL THE TRUTH !!!!!!
Just in case you think Miller is pure ..read this

The investigators that freed Ernest Willis have agreed to help Mr Lewis ...They even agreed to take a look at the fire more than a year ago but our Coroner covered his own ass instead of doing the right thing

BACKSTORY: Former Coronor Fails To tell the Whole Truth

In a published story former Cuyahoga County Coroner Elizabeth Balraj told the Cleveland Plain Dealer that she ruled the fire an arson after doing an walk-thru investigation and interviewing a electrician. BUT in keeping with her tradition of disclosure she told this blogger that she ruled the fire an arson because "THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TOLD ME TOO"...WTF!!!!!
If she doesn't rule this an arson does Lewis ever get charged? Before you discount the question consider this...several years back a Cleveland firefighter was indicted one day after his elderly neighbor died after spending over a year in the hospital after an alleged fight with the firefighter. I asked Balraj some questions the next day and it was clear she had no idea what happened during or after the fight while the elderly man was in the hospital. When I asked why she ruled the death a homicide she replied "BECAUSE THE PROSECUTOR TOLD ME TOO!" After I passed this along to the man's attorney he ripped Balraj a new one and got a not guilty verdict for his client

Balraj once told me she had never left her office once to do an investigation in 16 years ..yet she testified in dozens of trials to information she could only have gotten from the police NOT FIRST HAND INFORMATION BUT SECOND HAND HEARSAY!!!! HOW MANY MANY PEOPLE ARE BEHIND BARS BECAUSE OF THIS WOMAN?

Antun Lewis Indictment for 2005 House Fire

A federal grand jury Wednesday indicted a 24-year-old Cleveland man in the deadliest house fire in the city's history, but the motive behind the slaying of nine people remains a mystery

But federal and local officials came together to announce that Antun Lewis, a local crack dealer jailed on unrelated charges, would face a charge that carries the death penalty in connection with the 2005 fire. "I'm glad the wheels of justice are finally turning," said Ross Cockfield, whose grandson, Miles, died in the fire. ...Cleveland.com
